Brandy is a former Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft with nearly 20 years of experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure. Her career spans both corporate and open-source ecosystems, including deep technical expertise in Java and Hibernate-based systems. That breadth of knowledge allows her to support a wide range of tech needs — from untangling home networks to optimizing small business workflows.
Brandy is also a longtime dog foster and pet care provider, with a deep understanding of canine behavior, home routines, and how to create a calm, loving environment. Whether she’s designing infrastructure or designing enrichment for a nervous pup, her approach is the same: thoughtful, reliable, and always centered on trust.

Jacob Paul brings over 20 years of experience in technology, with a background that blends analytical precision and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. He began his career in consulting at SunGard (now FIS), working with financial clients to streamline complex systems and improve performance. For the past decade, he’s continued that work at Vanguard, where he helps keep critical platforms running smoothly and securely.
Jacob’s approach to tech is grounded, practical, and thoughtful — the same qualities he brings to pet care. A lifelong animal lover, he has a soft spot for shy dogs and a knack for helping them feel safe, seen, and at home.
